The curriculum

Natural abilities

Many young people already have entrepreneurial qualities — confident, resourceful, creative, ambitious. They know how to communicate and influence. We show them how those abilities build businesses instead of trouble.

Real business skills

Business should be experienced, not taught from a textbook. Participants learn sales, marketing, branding, customer service, recruitment, leadership, goal setting and professional development by doing them.

Money management

Making money is one thing. Managing it is another. We cover budgeting, saving, financial planning, responsible spending, business expenses and building long-term financial discipline.

Taxes & responsibility

Very few young people are taught how money works once they start earning it. We introduce tax responsibilities, record keeping, financial organisation, self-employment awareness and legal business practice.

A positive mindset

Business teaches lessons that go well beyond money. Participants learn discipline, accountability, resilience, consistency and problem solving — and that setbacks are part of it, not the end of it.
